1-Year Damage Protection Plan
1. General Provisions
1.1. The warranty is an additional paid service, the purpose of which is to provide the customer with the opportunity to receive a one-time 50% discount on the next order in the event of a breakdown of the purchased physical product.
1.2. The warranty can only be issued as part of one order with the main product, i.e. when adding to one basket and paying together.
1.3. One warranty = one opportunity to claim the warranty. Reuse of the same warranty is not allowed.
1.4. If the warranty was purchased separately from the products (for example, when placing an order containing only a warranty), it is considered invalid and automatically expires. Money for such a purchase is not refundable.
1.5. The warranty is non-refundable.
2. Warranty Terms
2.1. The warranty applies exclusively to cases of physical damage to the product that occurred during its use.
2.2. The warranty does not cover:
• Theft of goods,
• Loss of goods.
Such cases are excluded, since a mandatory condition for activating the warranty is the provision of photographs confirming the fact of breakage.
2.3. The warranty is an additional option that can be used at the discretion of the buyer.
If the order contains several units of goods, one warranty covers only one of them.
1 warranty in the basket = 1 opportunity to apply for warranty.
If you want to receive protection for each unit of purchase, it is recommended to provide for the addition of the appropriate number of warranties to the order.
3. Procedure for obtaining a warranty discount
3.1. In the event of a product breakage during the warranty period, the buyer must:

Attach photographs of the product with visible damage
3.2. After assessing the provided evidence of damage and checking the compliance of the goods with the warranty conditions, the store administration provides the buyer with a one-time promotional code for a 50% discount.
4. Terms of using the promo code
4.1. The promo code is a one-time use. Its use exhausts the current warranty.
4.2. The promo code can be applied:
Only to one product from the current assortment of the store,
Only to products sold at full price (promotional products do not participate in the program).
4.3. The promo code is activated by the buyer independently - in the basket or at the checkout stage.
5. Additional provisions
If after using the promo code the buyer wants to issue a warranty for a new purchased product, it is necessary to issue a new warranty at the same time as the order.
The warranty cannot be activated retroactively - after the order has been placed and paid for.
