We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The sunglasses are in new, unused condition.
No scratches, stains, or signs of wear.
Returned in the original packaging, with tags and accessories (case, cleaning cloth, etc.).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless:
You received the wrong item.
The item is damaged or defective (our fault).
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay for return shipping if the reason is personal (e.g., changed your mind, didn’t like the item, doesn’t fit).
We cover return shipping if:
You received the wrong item.
The item is faulty or damaged in transit (photo proof required).
Exchanges
You may request an exchange (e.g., for a different model, color, or size) within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in resellable condition.
Your Rights in Québec
According to Québec’s Consumer Protection Act (Loi sur la protection du consommateur), you have the right to:
Return items that are defective, not as described, or undelivered.
Cancel an online order if it hasn’t been shipped within a reasonable time frame.

Include the reason for return and photo evidence (if item is damaged).
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Exceptions
Sale and discounted items may be exchanged but cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or defective.
